David S. Kleinman is an accomplished Senior People Business Partner with an extensive background in advising clients across cross-functional and global businesses in the financial services sector. He has been guiding leaders for over two decades on critical HR issues such as performance and talent management and succession planning. David has been a leader in the merger & acquisitions space focusing on the employee experience. He also has significant experience working with businesses to re-design their organizational structure, including implementing reduction-in-force efforts. David’s approach is highly thoughtful, empathetic, collaborative and explores multiple options to challenges. He addresses issues with great integrity and humility and believes in continuously helping his clients so they achieve success.

David earned his Master’s Degree in Organization Development from The New School University in New York City and has earned a Bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University in University Park, PA.  David resides in NYC with his wife, two children and two dogs.
